Over 25 years' local experience in Australia and New Zealand.
Abergeldie was founded by Mick Boyle and Robin Craig in 1994 with a mission to build better communities. From humble beginnings, Abergeldie has grown into becoming one of the leading civil contractors in Australia and New Zealand delivering the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.
1994
Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure Founded
1996
First commercial lease and office in Hurlstone Park.
2007
Regents Park Office opens and acquisition of Ardent Mining.
2008
Brisbane Office Opens. Acquisition of John Young Pty Ltd.
2009
The Abergeldie Canberra Office Opens.
2014
Acquisition of Kembla Watertech and the Abergeldie Melbourne Office Opens.
2016
Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure named as a Top 10 Corporate Social Responsibility company for the first time.
2017
Expansion into Northern Ireland. Acquisition of Abergeldie Harker and ASM (later rebranded Abergeldie Structural Fabrications).
2018
Awarded Melbourne Water Capital Works Program. 100% Acquisition of Abergeldie Harker, rebranded to Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure.
2019
Abergeldie-Ghella Joint Venture Watercare Contract for Central Interceptor in New Zealand.
2020
Ardent Underground Hydrogen Storage established.
2021
Mark Bruzzone appointed as the new CEO of Abergeldie.
