Abergeldie is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of two Construction Partners by WaterNSW to deliver their Asset, Renewals and Replacement Program (ARRP). The ARRP contract will be delivered over five years with an option to extend another three years.
Under the ARRP, Abergeldie will deliver multi-disciplinary packages varying in size and complexity, spread across a large geographical footprint in NSW. The scope is vast and includes, but is not limited to, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical minor capital works and rehabilitation. The program is valued up to $80 million.
Abergeldie has extensive experience delivering asset reliability and renewals, dam safety upgrades and capital infrastructure delivery programs in long-term, collaborative framework agreements such as Networks Facilities Renewals Programs for Sydney Water, Safety Focused Performance (SFP) Joint Venture capital works program with Melbourne Water and West Region Delivery Team Partnering for Success (P4S) program with Sydney Water.
Abergeldie already has a strong reputation for delivering complex infrastructure projects in regional and metropolitan areas across Australia and New Zealand, with a delivery strategy to work with local suppliers, contractors including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. Recently, Reconciliation Australia formally endorsed Abergeldie’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
Abergeldie’s previous experience coupled with an existing alignment with WaterNSW’s values will ensure that the program is delivered collaboratively and safely, keeping stakeholders and the community in mind.
Mark Bruzzone, Abergeldie CEO said, “We are looking forward to continuing to grow our collaborative relationship with WaterNSW. This framework will provide long-term employment opportunities for both WaterNSW and Abergeldie in regional NSW. At Abergeldie, we deliver the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities and we are excited to continue on our mission with WaterNSW.”
